You can get some nice (night) time shots of it from the roof of the 2 storey car park next to the Central Star Ferry Terminal (which has just closed for demolition I believe).

You might get a curious security guard checking you out though - that's what happened to me.

Otherwise, best shots of HK skyline is from Kowloon, from the Avenue of the Stars.

		<description>As an architecture buff, one of all-time favorites is the Hong Kong Bank by Norman Foster. I'm not sure if it's still called that but you should check it out. I'd love to see some photos of it.

I can't guess your hotel but that tall brown building across the water is one of NK's newest and most upscale high-rise condo complexes.
