I have but it’s not as good as the restaurant. Maybe because I substituted the chicken fat with chicken broth when cooking the rice so the result was nothing special… :-(

This is a well-known dish that’s served in many (Southern) Asian restaurants in most metropolitan cities. The official name is probably Hainan Chicken Rice (海南鶏飯).
