I find the city really amazing, as it has no end. Another nice place to have a view over Central Tokyo is the <a href="http://uchimizu-en.blogspot.com/2008/03/tokyo-neighbourhoods-akasaka.html" rel="nofollow">new Otani tower</a>, and as it is surrounded by gardens, the view is probably less oppressive than from your office. You have nice pictures of Tokyo viewed from above. I find the city really amazing, as it has no end.
