		<description>Not directly related to your topic, but do you happen to know why Tokyo Tower sometimes goes dark by 12, at other times stay lit all night (at least until sunrise)? I've even seen that just the very top of the construction is lit up during night. Is there some logic behind the madness, or is it just the janitor that forgets to turn the switch when he goes home?
