<description>Thank you for your explanation. It shows that I'm not much of a "healthy man". I simply eat 3 times a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner. But no cookies or candy bars in between, let alone those special bars that you refer to. So I guess that I'm not eating too much sugar per day. I guess that it is age which makes me increase in weight approximately 1 kilo per year over the last 3 years.

<description>Sure! Well, I'm sure you're familiar with Caloriemate cookies, right? These are just like MRP (Meal Replacement Pack) similar to Protein Bars. When you don't have time to eat a proper meal you can supplement your diet with these kinds of things.

Caloriemate bars, and generally any kind of so called Healthy Snacks are too high in FAT, since it's a cookie, so I don't eat them. But the CalorieMate in a can has a fairly good balance of Protein/Carb/Fat (not great but good enough) and only 200kCal which is generally in line with a balanced meal in a diet of 6 meals a day totalling 2000 kCals a day. Although recently I have not been very consistent with my diet, I try to get 6 proper meals into one day but sometimes you just can't. CalorieMate in a can, or other Ready-to-drink Supplements provide a convenient and somewhat healthy subsitute.

Cafe Au Lait flavor has more protein per can, probably from the milk. It's the best one.

<description>I have seen these "Caloriemate" drinks often, but don't know what it is. My Japanse is not good enough to read the website that you mention. Can you give a brief explanation of the benefits?
