Got up early this morning and went to the gas station to fill up the tank. In case you haven’t noticed, gas is really expensive now. I haven’t driven in a while so I was surprised when I had to pay ¥5000 for half a tank of hi-octane gasoline. After that, I drove over to the nearby horserace track parking lot where I could park and take some pictures. This week is kotsu-anzen week (traffic safety week) which means there is a traffic cop on every corning and they will pull you over for going over the speed limit even a little. A guy sped past me on wangan-dori and there was a cop waiting just ahead to catch him. I have to be careful this week!
Is it just me or does your car change color from the photos you provide?
Yes, it’s one of those colors that change hue’s depending on the light hitting it. Sometimes gray, sometimes blue.
