Well, Autoweek posted ALL the promotional pictures for the new NC Roadster today so no more speculation. For me, there is no WOW-Love-At-First-Site-Totally-Lust-After factor like my NB Roadster although it looks nicer than I expected. I like the interior, especially the seats and dash, although how do I put in a 2DIN car navi? I’m stuck with the BOSE system. The cup-holders in the door is a nice idea but not in a sports car, maybe in a March or Vitz. The exterior doesn’t do it for me. I thought as I saw more pictures it would grow on me but those wheels and fender flares are just too fugly. Chances of purchasing NC, less than 30% now. Check out the link below for all the photos.

Personally I like the new look. It looks a bit less “thin at the waist” and the wheel arches make it look more masculine than feminine now. The cup holders gotta go though. I think they’re ugly too and I can’t imagine it being very useful in the States with all the huge size drinks they have.
p.s. - I couldn’t remember the name of it but I got it now, It also carries over some traits of their concept “Ibuki” which I thought looked pretty cool.
I’m still on the fence but I think it has more to do with those wheels and that color. I don’t like either. There are too many little things that I don’t like to turn me off of it. But who knows when I see the real thing. Actually, I hope I don’t like it. It’ll save me money ;)
