It’s true. My previous roadster had a cloth top and was parked outside. There were constantly cat hairs all over although I never actually saw a cat sleeping on it. Drove me absolutely crazy trying to keep it clean. Now I have the vinyl top which is not as nice as cloth but easier to deal with. This cat was spotted on the way to work today. White cat hairs on a black cloth top. Evil kitty..

Lucky you, it’s not your Roadster again this time, plus the cat didn’t scratch the softtop! Comes pretty close to the annoyance of people bumping doors against your car in a parking lot…
Hey, that is a compliment kitty is giving you as a car owner. Cats are sophisticated creatures which like to keep themselves clean. Kitty choosing your car over others signifies kitty giving you the thumbs up on your choice of car and the effort you take to keep your car spick and span.
;)
The only reason cats like the soft cloth top is because it’s not cold concrete or steel. Cloth tops are generally warm in spring and they can fell comfy sleeping on it. Like the way they sleep on laundry or clothes.
I like Saffronsaris’s observation. If that thought caught on I could see some car owners finding cats to put on there roofs. Or buy cat hair to throw on themselves to show that their car is ‘cat worthy’. Think I’m stupid? Well, it’s not so different from this;

Spray on cat hair, it would be our ticket to wealth!
Or suitcases. That is such a cute picture. But I guess maybe you’t not a cat person.
Haha that is a cute picture. Hey maybe it will block some bird bombs from getting on the cloth top.
as an avid Lover of cats I plead you to forgive this angel on your roadster |(
