<description>"And now for something completly diffrent"
I just love the speed the roof folds down in.
Every day at the same traffic lights when I'm on my way home from work (if the weather is nice)fold the roof down and each time I get the same happy almost cheering attention from the pedestrians and other motorists around me:)12 seconds is fast compared to other cars here in Europe (for comparison Volvo C70 takes 29-32 secs )I have to love my car.

		<description>Thanks
I'm ok and I was very lucky in the crash, the car hit a pile of asplahalt with the undercarrige when it hit the bush, this slowed down the speed of the car so much that the airbags never had to be deployed.
I still have great trust in the car and it's safety feutures.
The Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) saved me I must say, I was able to steer the car in a more "safe" angle before skiding of the road.Otherwise i whould have gone airborne.

<description>Kimi, sorry to hear about your crash but it seems you are alright. These little cars seem fairly safe!

		<description>Hi
Big congrats on choosing the "Roadster Coupe"(as it's called here in Sweden and the rest of Europe.)I'm allready in on my second RC now and I couldn't be happier with the car i bought.I wrecked the first one (sorry all enthusiast)in a high speed crash, the rear wheels got over an oil spot (this happened near an oil raffinery) and the car whent spinning around staight in to a bush.I'm a former Volvo S40 T5 owner and as with the Volvo I plan on using the Mazda mx-5 RC all year round ,this includes winter driving in possible arctic conditions.
I hope you enjoy your car.

<description>I know some people who have done this but I'm not that fanatical about the car. I'm not really into collection toy cars.

<description>Are you gonna get the model of your roadster and put it in the actual one?
IF, and IF I do get a car, I'll do the same, provided the car is a snazzy model, I guess it's soemthing like how some brides get a mini version of their wedding dress on a barbie doll.

<description>uh..it doesn't work that way. The car gets delivered by sea to my dealer in Tokyo and then they prep it, install all the dealer options, registration, license plates etc. And then I have to install the nav and some other stuff. I have to get a 3rd party to do it because it's really quite difficult.

I already have the white/clear side lights!

<description>Roy, if you could take a couple days off, perhaps fly to Hiroshima and take the new NC for a smooth ride back to Tokyo? Will make the new Panasonic come in handy ;)
Anyway, the color is a great match to the RHT! Perhaps you can ask your dealer for a set of white side-markers though?
