Oh Man, LOST has got to be just about the best TV show ever. If you know me, I don’t give praise to TV shows so easily, but LOST is great. It’s still the best show on television. I just finished watching the season 3 finale and I must say so much happens in these last 2 hours it’s hard to keep up. The writers are amazing and they’re always keeping us surprised and engaged. I was sweating the whole time. If you are still not watching LOST you should go to the video store and rent them now (Sean I’m talking to YOU). So when does Season 4 begin?

Sorry Roy, but I don’t like “Lost” ! I mean, I have started to watch it from the beginning, it was very intense and new, but after the first season, I just stopped.
Character are interesting, but the story is too strange for me, all is on the intensity and sense of mystery, but for what ? It goes nowhere. Sorry, this is just my feelings ^^

Now I’m going to try “Heroes”, more my cup of tea, I think.

I was truly hoping it would end with season 3, and it actually seemed it was. Oh well, I’ll still watch it but I can’t see how they could make more than one season though. I mean there are hardly any secrets left on the Island, right?

Did anyone hear something? *swats hand by ear* Damned gnats, buzzing by my ear again!

I have to admit I was kind of hoping it would end with season three. But it wasnt as much of a cliffhanger as I was expecting. Though I still like the show, I hope they reveal more about the island in the future.

I loved seasons 1 and 2, then suddenly lost interest on about the third episode of season 3. I’ve heard it gets better again after the six-episode mini-arc, so now that Heroes’ season is finished, maybe I’ll get back to it.

Jim, it was a little dull at the beginning of Season 3 but it does get better. Personally, I’ve found the show to be engaging thoroughout, even the slow episodes. I think ever since they announced that the show will have an end in 2010 the story line got tighter and much more involving. The Season 3 finale does not disappoint.

I read somewhere there won’t be a next season.

Sorry, I gave up halfway through season 2. Too many mysterious stuff that never gets answered and then they just start piling on more mysteries and then it just got plain irritating. On the other hand Battlestar Galactica and Heroes are great!

Hey am I the only guy with taste here?!! Where are all the people who understand what LOST is all about? Well, this is actually quite understandable. Intelligent shows tend to lose interest with the bulk of the people in the world… ;-)

Rick, I like Heroes but BSG was beginning to get on my nerves big time in the last season. So many pointless filler episodes and all those one dimensional characters. The writers decide to take liberties with the characters motivations just to fulfill a plot twist. So amateur…I’ll still watch it though because I have hope that there will be some more Viper action but I couldn’t give a hoot about any of those characters.

I’m really begining to hate north american tv shows and movies now. It seems that they just want to keep making money, and they stretch the shows as far as they can. Prison break, and lost being examples. I love both of them, but for lost to go on till 2010? I dont know whats more of a cash cow other then that. : <

Andrew, announcing that LOST will have an end date is actually a good thing. Most good TV series tend to run too long and then get canceled because they end up being crap. E.G. X-Files, Twin Peaks. At least this way, the writers will be able to write a good story rather than running out of ideas.

I haven’t finished watching Season 3 yet, but I am hooked. Anyway I hope that the serie really ends at the end of season 4.
Push too much the story and you will end up with something like X-Files…

I was recently disappointed by the non-ending of “Prison Break”, let’s hope Lost doesn’t take this path.

Jay, while I agree that for a bit of Season 3 it was getting a bit slow, the writers have redeemed themselves with the season finale. Now I can’t wait to see what happens in the next season!!

I agree with you Roy, LOST is absolutly my favorite show on TV right now. I loved the finale, and flashback/flashforward was pretty cool. I can’t wait for season 4.
I’m still waiting to see what that 4 toed statue was from…
