The teacher took the student and said you are the last one so you must eat it. However, I don't think she expected him to do it cause when he took the gum and ate it, she had a surprised look. He basically put it in his mouth for a few seconds. The kid was really weird anyway and I think he wanted to enjoy it to take away the satisfaction from the teacher. Instead he became the hero. That's soooo nasty. I remember when I was in fourth grade, a kid said the "F" word in class and my teacher dragged him to the bathroom, shoved a soap bar in his mouth and literally made him wash it out.
