Gum

On the train this morning, a guy about 10 metres from me opened a pack of gum and shoved every stick into his mouth one after another. He was one of those chew as loud as you can with a big fat open pie hole so everyone can see type. You could hear the chewing the entire length of the car. This is an extreme case but in general, I think gum chewing is a pretty disgusting habit that turns beautiful people into fugly ones. If I went on a date and the girl was chewing gum when I met her, that would be an instant turn off. Low class. A girl I once interviewed for a job came to the interview chewing gum. What the hell was she thinking?? The incident this morning reminded my of my 4th grade teacher. On the first day in her class she took out a bowl and said if you are caught chewing gum you will put your gum into this bowl and your name would be put on the list with the date. At the end of the year, the last person on the list will have to eat all the gum in the bowl. She kept her word and made a kid eat all that gum on the last day. Seeing that I almost threw up. Don’t chew gum. Frisk is a better alternative.

How much gum was in that little kids bowl? That’s soooo nasty. I remember when I was in fourth grade, a kid said the “F” word in class and my teacher dragged him to the bathroom, shoved a soap bar in his mouth and literally made him wash it out. But year old gum from a bunch of different students, ewww…doesn’t that stuff get hard?

There wasn’t that much gum in the bowl, but it was hard. The teacher took the student and said you are the last one so you must eat it. However, I don’t think she expected him to do it cause when he took the gum and ate it, she had a surprised look. He basically put it in his mouth for a few seconds. The kid was really weird anyway and I think he wanted to enjoy it to take away the satisfaction from the teacher. Instead he became the hero.
