Windows Vista Metro Hat

Taken from a taxi just before my GR Digital went on the fritz. The Metro-Hat in front of Roppongi Hills was decorated completely with Windows Vista Ads. Wow!! Microsoft should have saved the money for their lame marketing and fixed some of the bugs I’m finding. And did you know that you can only have multi-language in Vista Ultimate? I wish I knew that before buying Vista Business. Apparently, I can download the English language pack but when I check on the website it says it’s not available yet. Well, if it’s already included in Ultimate why can’t I download it? **heavy sigh**

I’m runnning RC2 right now, and the language packs are available on Windows Update, but it can’t install them.

I think I’ll be getting the Ultimate OEM version, it’s cheaper than Business Upgrade too. Or maybe Home Premium OEM, that’s even more cheaper.

In Europa, Vista is terribly expensive, and to be honest I don’t see nothing that could give me envy to buy it. My choice is already done, my next computer wil be a Mac.

My next computer will be a Mac too, maybe I’ll get Vista when they have debugged it, and made it cheaper. I refuse to pay more than 130 euro’s for an OS (MacOSX price).
And if I buy an OS I want the whole thing, not some sort of slimmed down version, so Professional Premium Ultimate Vista or whatever they call it these days should be the one to buy…

Yes, I know, I’m not a Micro$oft fan ;)

abraxis, right after I took that photo the screen on the GR went all green and flashing and then the lens locked. After turning it off and on again all was better.
