Yesterday afternoon, a convoy of about 10 Chevy Impalas were driving around in Otemachi of all places. The posers riding in these cars were blaring rap music. Not quite low-riders but the cars were in mint condition. Check out the tvs embedded in the sunvisors on the yellow car. Is that a red T-Bird in front there?
