Me, I can't go to gyms. Just a personal quirk. Nothing wrong with the gyms themselves, it's just that I have trouble getting up and going. Instead, I have an elliptical trainer and an exercycle on the balcony, and find it much easier to simply go out and use those.

I'm pretty sure phones are banned from gyms. At least, in Canada they are.

sneak in there with your camera phone and give us some pics of the hot office ladies.

Now you have piqued our interest.

I'd like to see too.

Looks like they have nice facilities, of course gyms vary a lot from one location to the next. Roy, what is you impression of gyms in Japan? I quit going to them here in the U.S. because I became tired of the lack of maintenance. Just can't tolerate places that smell of mildew and are dirty.

I think most people think such the first time they take a cardio-cycle class. I personally enjoy them, but I spent a lot of time cycling when I was in high school and college. Hope you enjoy yourself...

last two paragraphs were really funny :) Two weeks ago I had my first experience in a Japanese gym, I saw the "spinning" thing but didn't even think one second about doing it.
