There were actually 3 or 4 Miss Okinawas promoting some event in Shinjuku today. Leads me to suspect that this lady may not actually be from Okinawa. But who cares she was very pretty. I walked around Shinjuku all afternoon and almost died from Natsubate. Make sure to keep yourselves hydrated this summer.

I have a feeling that’s not like a real “Miss Okinawa” as in a beauty pageant queen. But rather a cultural “ambassador” to spread the love about Okinawa. Reason is I dated a girl once and she was “Miss Yokohama” but I found out that she did events like this with 3 other “Miss Yokohamas” just getting people interested in the city etc. I was kinda bummed out when I found out she wasn’t of the pageant queen variety. Ha! ;)
Well, i thought the weather in central tokyo today was really good, nice and sunny and yet not too swealtering.
