I just found a good reason to visit Joypolis in Odaiba this summer. Now you can enjoy the Initial D arcade game sitting in the real cars!! Nice! The game is only there for the summer so if you are a hard core D fanboy better make sure you don’t miss it.

I wonder if they actually have simulated engines rumble so it will feel like the car is running rather than just sitting there on tilt machine. It would be even better if they had another 90 inch screen behind the car so if you looked in the rear view mirror you could see your opponent behind you. That would be awesome. If you’re not into Initial D you might want to check out the 24 CTU Mission attraction where you have a fixed length of time (24 minutes?) and you get to pretend to be Jack Bauer to catch the terrorists and maybe get to torture them too.

Wow… So amazing! I would love to try that but I think its impossible for me. I’m a big fan of Initial D - Drift Cars especially the Mazda RX7 FD3s. well, I hope they would release some internationally.
