It was cold and rainy late last night, yet this guy wasn’t about to go home. He was doing something on his PC which aroused my curiosity. What is so important that you can’t wait til you get home? It reminds me of something I saw a few years ago. A guy with a PowerBook (when they just came out) was sitting on the ground in the middle of Shimokitazawa station playing with his computer. He kept looking up to check if people were noticing him with his “cool” PC. I guess he had no friends to show it off to. Mac fans can be like that. Perhaps people thought the same of me and my friend when we brought our mobile PCs to the top of Mt. Fuji. But that was not because I wanted to show off. I made a bet that I could connect to the Net via analog mobile phone from the top and chat on ICQ. A bet that I won!!! Remember, we’re talking 1998 here. We were probably the first people to ever attempt such a thing. I should be in Wikipedia or something.
Go home dude
