This is the place where Prime Minister Koizumi brought President Bush for dinner and the place where Quentin Tarantino was inspired for the set of the final battle scene in Kill Bill Vol. 1. Got there at 10pm for a late dinner. It was hot as hell and I was glad to get out.
Wow, looks like there were a lot of gaijins there that night. Although I’ve never been there myself, but I loved Kill BIll.

If I may ask. I’m planning a vist to Japan with my kids from mid-June to mid July. First week in Tokyo. Should I be prepared for heavy un-ending rain? If so what do you suggest for itenary?
