Power Puff Girls Z

I think Japanese like to add “Z” to the end of things (Mazinger Z, Fairlady Z, Dragonball Z etc.) Now, we have Power Puff Girls Z a made in Japan version of the original. Looks completely different and I’m guessing will not use the same cutesy voices. Why bother?

Why they do that??? Anime it’s the best; I don’t understand why they do a remake of a silly cartoon, yeah sometimes makes me laugh, but please what are they thinking, it’s degrading!!!

I like anime, but I have to agree. It seems unusual for the Japanese to remake a poupular American cartoon. Think about it, what if they continued to do stuff like this? We would end up having stuff like the Invader Zim anime ( I LOVE Jhonen Vasques’ art style just the way it is ! XD), Justice League anime, and (how retarded does this sound?) the South Park anime! I mean sure they did a couple of anime renditions like turning Sonic the Hedgehog into an the anime “Sonic X” and turning Megaman into “Megaman NT Worrior”, but those shows just generally sucked. LOL

Sonic the Hedgehog, and Megaman (Rockman) are not American in any way. I fail to see how that has anything to do with your point about “the Japanese” taking American cartoons.
