Look! Just in time for Xmas! I saw this first reported here and it’s been available for pre-order on Amazon since then. It goes on sale this Saturday and costs ¥349,800, a lot more expensive than on Amazon. It might be a different kit or maybe you get some additional part like a 1/12 size Amuro Rey figure. At any rate, if I had the money to throw away on this Gundam I would rather get that Mazinger Z instead.
That’s so great !! But it’s a bit expensive… I would prefer a version with akatsuki or Destiny gundam ! ^_^
Maybe one day, we could buy a coach like gundam cockpit, a flat ful equiped with gundam mechanics parts.
I’d spend that kind of money on Unit 01 or Unit 02 from Patlabor. But since they probably don’t make them, I’d settle for Mazinger Z
David, people who can afford to throw money at this Gundam would probably be older folks who prefer the original Gundam. As for me, I like RX-78 and Mark II. All the others just are the same thing.
Leo, Patlabor would be cool. But for a thing to put in your living room one of the older Giant Robots would be more my thing. Getta Robo, Gaiking, Combattler V etc.
Gundam is still around? I watched it as a kid like so many years ago. Would be really cool to have a lifesize Gundam in the living room.

Saff, “Gundam is stilll around?” hmmm..Gundam is never going to die. There are billions of Gundams in the world, but this one is the original.
Patrick, sadly I cannot afford to get that Mazinger Z yet. And also last time I went to see it I notice a small crack on it’s body so now I’m not so sure.
Perhaps you could convince them to sell it to you half-price then. :)
