A while back an old friend sent me these Getta Robo figures and I’ve resisted opening them. But tonight, after my brain stopped working while trying to figure out how to fill out my tax return forms, I decided to take a break and unbox them. The figures are very small, unlike my Mazinger Daigokins and Getta Robo G figures, but are mostly die-cast with some bits of rubber plastic. More photos below.

Here they are sealed nicely in their plastic cases.

I freed them from their boxes so they can go and defeat the Dinosaur Empire. I like Getter 2 best.

NICE! Well, seems like you have a new hobby now… love to see how your “curb spending” idea will work… hahahahaha…
I wouldn’t call this a hobby just yet. Anyway, these were gifts. My “curb spending” is working fine so far…
Man you have as much toys as me, but my desk resembles a ball from Katamari Damacy while yours only have a few robots? How do you do it?
Well, I have less then 10 figures altogether and don’t plan on accumulating anymore.
tax return form? For Japanese income tax? I did not get any forms yet for 2006.
